Maybelline Coral Crush (515) is a part of the Maybelline color sensational collection. It is a medium coral pink with warm, orange undertones. The beauty of this color is that depending on the skin tone, it may look as more pink, more orange or more coral. On me (light to medium with warm undertones) it looks like a bright coral pink. This color will look best on girls with light skin tone and warm undertones. This color has a tendency to look neon on certain skin colors. If you are the owner of the darker skin tone, this lipstick may look neon on you.
As for the formula, Maybelline Coral Crush has a satin finish. Applies very evenly and smoothly. I did not notice any tagging or pulling on the lips. It is also neither drying nor hydrating. As far as coverage goes, it is semi-opaque. To reach full coverage, you will need two layers of the lipstick. Pigmentation is good. The color you see in the tube is the color you get on the lips. I did not notice it staining too much, as well as it is not lasting very long– about 3-4 hours. It transfers very well, so if you are eating or drinking, you will have to reapply.
Overall, I like this lipstick and have repurchased it two times already. It is a really good choice for spring and summer season–lightweight and girly bright:-)
Undertones: warm, orange
Who can pull off: fair and light skin tones with warm undertones. Darker skin tones may experience this lipstick looking neon.
